Update A1-formulier aanvragen buitenland
Vanaf 1 April 2017 komt er (in het kader van de minimumloonwetgeving in Frankrijk) nog een document bij welke de chauffeurs in bezit moeten hebben.
Het gaat om een bewijs dat de werknemer ingedekt is wat betreft sociale verzekeringen; het zogenaamde A1-formulier. Dit moet voor elke chauffeur apart. Via de volgende link leest u hoe u deze aanvraagt: SVB_A1.pdf

On the 1th of April 2017, it will be mandatory for drivers to carry an A1 form to cover them for the minimum wage law in France. This form is proof that your employee is covered for social insurances such as pension, unemployment and child benefit. All European countries are familiar with this document. You will have to apply for the document at the responsible organisation in the country where your employee lives. The driver needs a copy in the vehicle and the company needs a copy in case we request it. El 1 de abril de 2017, será obligatorio para los conductores llevar un formulario A1 para cubrirlos para la ley de salario mínimo en Francia. Este formulario es una prueba de que su empleado está cubierto por seguros sociales tales como pensiones, desempleo y beneficios por hijos. Todos los países europeos están familiarizados con este documento. Usted tendrá que solicitar el documento en la organización responsable en el país donde vive su empleado.
