News about the recovery of the German toll
BAG has created a portal in which you can reclaim the toll yourself
On 28-10-2020 the CJEU made a decision about the infrastructure costs. This means that you can reclaim a part of the toll yourself from 28-10-2020 to 30-9-2021.
Invoices from 28-10-2020 to 30-9-2021 can be uploaded from 3 November 2021 via BAG's online platform. These invoices can be submitted until the end of 2023. In this link from BAG you will find more information.
Transport in Nood can upload these invoices for you in the BAG portal in early 2022. We will discuss the administration costs with you in advance. We cannot specify these costs yet because the portal is not yet operational.
The toll-claim of 2017, 2018, 2019 and 01-01-2020 until 27-10-2020
At the end of last year Transport in Nood already filed a claim to prevent the period of limitations of the year 2017.
The judge has not yet ruled on the toll-claim from 2017 to 2020. Transport in Nood will contact you as soon as we have any further information about the toll-claim.
You can still send the invoices from 2018, 2019 and 01-01-2020 until 27-10-2020 to Transport in Nood. If you have not yet registered for the toll-claim or if your claim is already pending elsewhere, please contact Transport in Nood for more information.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: Make sure you have sent the 2018 invoices to Transport in Nood before November 30, 2021. Invoices from 2018 can be submitted until the end of 2021.
If you have already send the invoices to Transport in Nood, you don’t have to send them again.
