Quarantine or a COVID test are not mandatory.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.transportinnood.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/modulo_rientro_sintetico_14_10_20_ENG.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Here<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0you&#8217;ll find an English translation.<\/p><p>The form must be completed by the driver. The driver then sends it by e-mail to the relevant competent health company (ASL) in the province of entry, as in April of this year.<br \/>Only the Brenner passage has an online form.<\/p><p>The list of addresses to which the driver can send a copy of the form can be found\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.transportinnood.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/ASL-contact-points-280420-new.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>here<\/u><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>In addition to the above document, there is\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.transportinnood.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/selfdeclarationitalian-curfewEN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a second document<\/a><\/strong>.
