A previous infection and one or more vaccinations within 360 days are considered as valid vaccination as well).<\/li><\/ul><p>Note that transport professionals (freight and passenger) are NOT excluded from this new requirement.<\/p><p>However, these are not considered as \u201cphysical contacts\u201d:<\/p><ul><li>a maximum of two physical contacts per day, taking place outdoors, and if each contact do not last more than 15 minutes (e.g. professional drivers).<\/li><\/ul><p>(Source:IRU)<\/p><h3>Winter equipments France<\/h3><p>From 1st of November 2021, there will be an obligation, in French \u201cmountainous\u201d areas, to be equipped for winter.<\/p><p>This obligation will be applicable from 1st of November to 31st of March, each year.<\/p><p>The departments have to establish a list of the cities\/roads where vehicles will have to have such equipment.\u00a0<\/p><p>For the moment, it has been decided for the areas in blue:<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-afc4423 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"afc4423\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-753\" src=\"https:\/\/tin.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/corona.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tin.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/corona.png 600w, https:\/\/tin.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/corona-300x207.png 300w\" alt=\"corona\" width=\"600\" height=\"414\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8877deb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8877deb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><p>These (blue) areas will be limited by the following traffic signs:<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89cacc1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"89cacc1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-medium size-medium wp-image-754\" src=\"https:\/\/tin.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/zone-300x220.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tin.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/zone-300x220.png 300w, https:\/\/tin.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/zone.png 316w\" alt=\"\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><h3>For trucks, it will mean:<\/h3><ul><li>For trucks without trailers (or vans or buses), to have either winter tires (at least 4, 2 for each axe) or snow chains (at least 2).<\/li><li>For trucks with trailers, to have either winter tires or snow chains but there is an additional obligation: to have snow chains for at least 2 driving wheels even if all tires are \u201cwinter tyres\u201d<\/li><\/ul><p>If you don\u2019t respect this obligation, the fine will be 135\u20ac per missing equipment.<\/p><p>However it has been announced that\u00a0<strong>there will be no sanction for this first period (1-11-21 to 31-03-22)<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vanaf
