Then you need a DeCA when carrying out cabotage in Spain, a transport where you load in Spain and also unload in Spain.<\/p><h2>The DeCA does not replace your CMR<\/h2><p>Important: the DeCA is an additional document alongside the CMR. Your driver must therefore still carry the normal transport documents.<\/p><p>The DeCA is a separate digital control document containing information such as the carrier, customer, loading and unloading locations, goods and vehicle details.<\/p><h2>How does it work?<\/h2><p>The DeCA must be created before departure and must be available digitally.<\/p><p>It contains a QR code with a unique internet link, allowing the Spanish authorities to open the document directly during a roadside check.<\/p><p>The link must remain available during the transport and may only be deactivated seven days after the transport has been completed.<\/p><h2>Arrange it easily through Transport in Nood<\/h2><p>Through the Transport in Nood CRM, you can easily create your DeCA before departure.<\/p><p>The document is also linked to our Legal Control App, so the driver has the DeCA and QR code directly available in the app and can show it immediately during a roadside check.<\/p><p>You don&#8217;t need to build your own system for creating, storing and keeping the documents available.<\/p><p>It also helps reduce the risk of fines caused by a missing or incorrect DeCA.<\/p><h2>Currently 100% FREE<\/h2><p>At the moment, we offer this service completely free of charge to all transport companies.<\/p><p>Even if you are not yet a Transport in Nood customer, you can create an account and use our DeCA service for free.<\/p><p>If we introduce a fee for this service in the future, we will always inform you in advance.
