Several major manufacturers within the tire market are being investigated for suspected price-fixing agreements. Although there is not yet a definitive ruling, this investigation, similar to previous cartel cases, may lead to damage claims for transport companies.<\/p><p><strong>Don\u2019t miss the opportunity to participate<\/strong><br \/>Based on our experience with previous claim procedures, we know one thing for certain: the biggest problem is always collecting old invoices.
