An appeal process can save you thousands of euros, but it means you have to be constantly on top of things – unless you have TIN as your counsel.
Has a driver received a fine? Then first activate our fine payment service to get back on the road quickly. When that most important task has been completed, we’ll calmly assess the specific situation and the feasibility of an appeal. If viable, we’ll gather evidence (such as tachograph data, witness statements, photos, or other relevant documentation) and file an appeal according to the procedures of the country concerned.
