Another update: Italy and the United Kingdom
Italy and the self-made statement
For drivers from abroad entering Italy, there is an obligation to complete this self-declaration. Quarantine or a COVID test are not mandatory. Here you’ll find an English translation.
The form must be completed by the driver. The driver then sends it by e-mail to the relevant competent health company (ASL) in the province of entry, as in April of this year.
Only the Brenner passage has an online form.
The list of addresses to which the driver can send a copy of the form can be found here.
In addition to the above document, there is a second document. This second document must also be completed and the driver must carry it in the street at curfew time in the yellow zones (rest of Italy) and during daytime in the red and orange zones.

United Kingdom – Denmark
Freight drivers who are non resident of the UK and who have traveled from or through Denmark in the past 14 days are no longer allowed to enter the UK. Residents of the UK arriving in England after November 6 at 4 a.m. after traveling from or through Denmark in the past 14 days – including truck drivers – must isolate themselves along with their households.
The ban is effective and there are no exceptions for road transport.
Road transport from Denmark to the UK via France can be done using the following example:
Driver 1 takes the trailer from DK to DE and driver 2 will then take the trailer from DE to the UK (provided this driver has not been to Denmark in the past 14 days).
