IMI / Posting declarations with mobile App
Our company has developed a CRM system which is directly connected to the European IMI system, which is a well-organized and intuitive work environment. All necessary information is stored, shared, and modified with just a few mouse clicks. The system automatically remembers the deadline for extending IMI declarations, fills them out, extends them, and then sends them via our Legal Control app to the drivers phone.
How Our System Works?
The mobile application provides drivers with always up-to-date IMI declarations. Our application also works offline, ensuring drivers have current IMI declarations even without internet access.
Mobile Application Legal Control
The company provides us with the necessary data to fill out the IMI declarations. Transfer of the data from the general European IMI system is also possible.
After each update or renewal of the IMI declaration, the system automatically sends all declarations to the driver’s application. In case of a check or inquiry from authorities, our professional team helps explain which documents need to be provided and checks their correctness before sending, to maximize protection of your company from fines.
UK Checklist in your drivers phone
Driving to the UK, drivers have to follow the UK rules about UK Checklists. Our Legal Control application also includes digital UK checklists that drivers can fill out on the phone. Administrators of the CRM System can check in real-time if the driver completed the checklist and if it was done correctly. Additionally, the application offers legally required training, so you don’t have to remember to ensure each of your drivers has a valid training certificate.
Handy Official Reports
In our application, the driver can create an official report with a photo, driver’s signature, location, and UTC time. Such a report can serve as evidence in court or for communication between the office, client and the driver regarding incidents during transport.
Fines / Appealing
