Toll Collect claim: Deadline extended to December 20 2020
We have extended our deadline for the Toll Collect claims until 23.59 on 20 December 2020. We will stop accepting new claims for 2017 on 20 December 2020 after 23:59.
Toll Collect will make the invoices for the past 24 months available on their website. Follow this step-by-step plan to download the invoices from the past 24 months.
The invoices for 2017 and 2018 can be requested by e-mail. Send your request to service@toll-collect.de or info@toll-collect.de. If you have requested the invoices for 2017 and 2018, guarantee the payment of the requested invoices. Toll Collect charges you € 5.00 + VAT per month/invoice.
If you have not received the invoices from Toll Collect for 2017 and 2018, please send us other invoices from DKV, UTA, etc. as it is very important that we are informed of the amount you wish to declare for 2017 and 2018.

Finally, we ask you to be patient as the process is expected to take a long time.
Do not pay too much now. Claims for 2018, 2019 and 2020 may be submitted at a later date.
