A major setback from Toll Collect

Last week, it was confirmed by Toll Collect that the 2017 and 2018 invoices would become available online in the customer account. Now it appears that these invoices are not online. After further contact with Toll Collect, it is expected that these older invoices will no longer come online. Due to technical reasons (or little interest) they were unable to implement this in their system and they abandoned it at the last minute.

Unfortunately, the invoices for 2017 and 2018 still have to be requested by email in the old way. The invoices can be requested via the email addresses service@toll-collect.de or info@toll-collect.de.

If you are going to request the invoices for 2017 and 2018, guarantee in advance in that specific email that you will pay the costs arising from the application. Toll Collect charges you € 5.00 + VAT per month/invoice. Please also clearly indicate in your request which invoices you would like to receive and, of course, provide your Toll Collect customer number.

If you have not yet received the invoices from Toll Collect for the year 2017, please send us other receipts from DKV, UTA, etc., as it is very important that we are informed before December 20, 2020 about the total amount you want for 2017 declare. The years 2018, 2019 and 2020 can still be submitted at a later time, because they do not expire yet.

You can send the invoices together with the application form to maut@transportinnood.nl. Have you not yet registered for this service at Transport in Nood? Then do so via the registration button below.
Finally, we would like to ask you again to be patient as the process is expected to take a long time.
