Important notice: Mandatory entry of NIWO / Community licence number in CRM
Dear customer,
We kindly ask you to enter your NIWO number / Community licence number in our CRM system within 7 days.
Although this is not a mandatory field in the IMI system, fines have been issued in Poland for missing this number on the IMI-declarations.
The Polish authorities have included in the Polish law that the NIWO number must be correctly stated on the IMI-declarations.
If this number is not filled in, you risk receiving a fine during inspections in Poland. Once you have entered the number in our CRM system, the system will automatically update your declarations so that the number appears on the IMI-declarations.
You will not receive new declarations for this update.
Please note: If the number is not entered within 7 days and you receive a fine as a result, we cannot take any responsibility.
You can easily fill in the number under your company details (field 11) in our CRM system.

Why this measure?
We are implementing this now because it is very likely that other countries will soon introduce the same requirement.
By entering your NIWO / Community licence number now, you can avoid issues and fines in the near future.
