No action required yet for transition to IMI Portal

On the 2nd of February 2022, the Mobility Package comes into force and with it the obligation to perform registrations in the IMI portal. Various newsletters are circulating with statements to open accounts and perform registrations on time. There are also statements that Sipsi declarations (and declarations of other country portals) are no longer valid after the 2nd of February.

In theory, this is correct but we expect that it could be different in the field. To prevent you from standing still for a long time, we will still provide you with these documents now. For example: a loading or unloading location that may still ask for them or a inspector who is not immediately aware of this change in the law may still ask for a Sipsi document.

At this moment you do not have to do anything.

Transport in Nood is doing everything she can on her side to make the preparations to switch to the IMI system on time. We already have 80% of the necessary data in our possession and are in the process of preparing it all.

We will be in contact soon to get the last additional data. Then we will open the accounts and start making IMI declarations.
Of course we will inform you of this and provide you with the login details for your company's IMI portal so that you can follow along if you wish.

At the moment, the countries in Europe have not yet submitted the final points. So we still have some time to get this right.
You do not have to worry about any penalties. Transport in Nood even dares to guarantee that she will pay the penalty if you are a member of Transport in Nood for this service (minimumwage contract) and you would receive a penalty for not having an IMI declaration.

Please be patient, we will contact you shortly and make sure we have the best solution for you.
